apps/api (Fastify), packages/shared e packages/styles; Medusa 2.21 in medusa/;
infrastruttura Docker (Postgres PostGIS+pgvector, Redis, Caddy, backup) e
workflow Gitea Actions per il deploy via SSH a ogni push su master.
